Tapping out ceremony always a sweet event

EMC Events - The Drummond Family will have the honour of hosting this year's first tapping out ceremony.

Drummond's sugar bush is one of Ontario's oldest established maple syrup operations dating back to 1794.

This year's ceremony will be held on March 11, at the Drummond Sugar Bush located on 3719 County Road 21, near Spencerville.

Join local maple syrup producers and special celebrity guests from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. to celebrate the annual return of the maple syrup season. Events will include a celebrity first tapper, entertainment and sugar bush tours.
