Braves capture league awards

EMC Sports - Two members of the Brockville Braves are among the 2010 award winners, the CJHL announced Tuesday.

Shayne Thompson has been named as the league's top graduating player while Todd Gill is this year's coach of the year. The awards will be presented prior to the club's first playoff game.

Pembroke led the way with four award winners: Damian Cross (outstanding player), Matthew Peca (top rookie), Ben Reinhardt (top defenceman) and Sheldon Keefe (manager of the year).
