Relay for Life hosts kick-off event Feb. 16

The Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life in Brockville is more than just a fundraiser. It is an opportunity to get together with family and friends and celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost to cancer, and fight back in the hope of finding a cure for this terrible disease.
Relay is fun, fulfilling, and your participation gives strength to Cancer Society’s mission to eradicate cancer.
Walk in this inspirational 12-hour overnight event as the community comes together and fights to make cancer history.
The Relay for Life in Brockville will be held this year on Friday, June 15, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. at the Row’s Corner Fairground.
The committee is holding a kick-off information meeting on Thursday, Feb 16 at The Keystorm Pub, 2 Court House Ave. Brockville at 7 p.m. If you are interested in participating as a walker, a cancer survivor or as a volunteer please come to the meeting to hear more about this inspirational event.
